Return & Exchange Policy – EBRAH
At EBRAH, your happiness is our first priority. If something isn't quite right, don't worry — we've made our return and exchange process simple, flexible, and hassle‑free, just for you.
1. Exchange (Within 14 Days)
You can request an exchange within 14 days of receiving your order if Product is damaged, defective, has quality issue or wrong product.
2. Refund (For Damage, Defect, or Quality Issues)
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or has a quality issue, we will offer you a full refund (or exchange, if you prefer).
To help us serve you better and verify any damage, defect, or quality issue, we require a continuous, unedited video of your parcel opening.
· The video must be one single clip with no pauses, no cuts, and no edits.
· Start recording before opening the parcel and continue until you have fully inspected the item(s).
· The video must clearly show:
o The sealed parcel from all sides
o The opening process
o The item(s) being removed and checked for any damage or defect
This video will be required to support all claims related to damage, defects, or quality issues. Without a proper unedited opening video, we may not be able to process your claim.
Please report such issues within 78 hours of delivery with clear photos/videos.
3. Claim Resolution Timeline
All claims (exchange or refund) will be processed and cleared within 7 days after the claim is submitted and product received to warehouse.

Refund will be issued to any convenient method (bank transfer, JazzCash, EasyPaisa, or original payment method).

Exchanges will be shipped once the returned item is received and checked.
4. Conditions for Return/Exchange

Items must be unworn, unwashed, unstained, and with original tags/packaging.
5. Special Note – Mandatory Unboxing Video
To help us serve you better, we strongly recommend you make a video of opening your parcel and checking the quality of the items at the time of delivery. This video will be required to support any damage or quality-related claims.
